Pet Portrait Info & Request Form

Thank you for your interest in a pet portrait!

Portraits are created using painted paper cut and mounted on canvas board for framing, or cradled wood gallery panel that is ready to hang. All pieces are sealed and finished with clear acrylic.

If you are interested in a portrait, please provide your contact information and details of your request below.

I will send you a quote including a description of the work. We can discuss a timeline and checkpoints for you to preview the work. Please note that I request a 50% deposit upfront. The balance will be due before shipping.
